Overview
Join a dynamic one on one mentorship training pilot program dedicated to the innovative home based manufacturing of holistic nutrition, herbal supplements and organic essential oil perfume! This role offers an exciting opportunity in a home setting where a small team of staff will contribute to the creation of high-quality, natural health products in peaceful, health-focused environment. Embrace a role where your skills in materials handling and sanitization help deliver products that make a real difference. You will have access to a holistic health coaching program valued at $5,000. The certification is through IIN, an accredited online course that staff will have access to to better understand the job requirements. There is some local travel required but will provide gas card. There are many more perks of working one on one ( one staff member per shift ) in a healthy environment.
Duties
- Operate capsule maker involved in the production of herbal supplements, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Eliminate contaminated and follow instructions on proceedures
- Assist with raw material handling, including receiving, storage, and inventory management
- Some clerical tasks: shredding paper, filing receipts, creating lists / note taking
- Support packaging operations by preparing products for shipment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Maintain adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations to ensure product safety and compliance.
- Conduct product quality and consistency during manufacturing processes.
- Follow principles to identify efficiencies, reduce waste, and improve overall workflow.
Requirements
- Prior experience within herbal supplement or natural health product production preferred.
- Strong understanding of materials handling, inventory management, sanitization
- Follows protocols diligently.
- Superior organization / time management skills willingness to use an app calendar with siri or google assistant
