About the Position
We are a growing restoration company, and our Contents/Textiles Restoration Division is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade and grow with a company long term. No prior restoration experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.
The role involves a combination of:
- pack-outs and moving contents
- inventory and documentation
- driving company vehicles
- assisting with cleaning and restoration work
- helping set up and organize jobs
This is a hands-on position with room for advancement as the division grows.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial pack-outs
- Inventory and document customer textiles/contents
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Help pack, wrap, and protect furniture and contents
- Assist with contents cleaning and restoration
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Drive company vehicles as needed
- Support the restoration team with daily operations
- Onsite customer service/relations
- Learning to manage a job site

Compensation & Growth

- Competitive hourly pay based on experience starting at $17.00/hr
