Automotive Dealership Accountant / Office Manager Salary: $80,000-$100,000+ per year, based on experience
We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Dealership Accountant / Office Manager to join our dealership. This is a key management position requiring extensive automotive dealership accounting experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to independently manage the dealership's accounting and administrative operations.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive automotive dealership accounting experience is required
- Full working knowledge of Dealertrack software is required
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle dealership accounting
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank and account reconciliations
- General ledger management and journal entries
- Deal posting, funding reconciliation, and accounting schedules
- Payroll and employee-related accounting
- Month-end and year-end accounting procedures
- Financial statement preparation and review
- Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues independently
- Strong organizational and office-management skills

Schedule
This is a full-time salaried management position requiring a minimum commitment of 50 hours per week. Candidates must also have the flexibility to work some Saturdays as business needs require.
Compensation
$80,000-$100,000+ annually, depending on dealership accounting experience, Dealertrack proficiency, and overall qualifications.
