We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Scheduling Coordinator to join our amazing team at our New Port Richey pediatric dentistry and orthodontic office!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments to ensure smooth daily operations and provider efficiency
- Maintain accurate patient records while complying with HIPAA standards
- Verify insurance information and assist with basic insurance claim processing
- Review treatment care plans and help ensure all documentation is complete
- Professionally handle incoming calls and assist patients with appointment, service, and billing questions
- Work collaboratively with dental and orthodontic teams to improve workflows and patient experiences
- Use dental EMR software such as Denticon or Dentrix for scheduling and record management
- Conduct intake procedures for new patients, collecting required forms and information
