Highly Efficient Automotive Technician Needed — Help Build a Growing Shop
Pops Automotive in Canton is looking for a motivated, efficient automotive technician who takes pride in moving quickly, doing clean work, and helping build something bigger than just another repair job.
We are a growing full-service repair shop focused on quality repairs, strong customer relationships, and building a team that can grow with the business. We need someone who can think, work with purpose, and keep jobs moving without needing to be micromanaged all day.
This is a good fit for someone who:

We are especially interested in technicians who are strong with brakes, suspension, steering, A/C, maintenance, electrical basics, diagnostics, engine work, and general repair. You do not have to know everything, but you do need to be sharp, coachable, motivated, and willing to work at a high level.
This is not a corporate shop. We are building a real team and a real system. The right person will have room to grow as the shop grows.
