Starting Base Pay

Expected First-Year Earnings
- $52,600-$55,600+ on the standard 32-hour schedule
- $63,000-$66,000+ on a 40-hour schedule.

What You'll Do
- Build and own a book of business - new customers and reorders
- Build and strengthen customer relationships
- Grow and manage customer accounts
- Make outbound sales calls
- Generate repeat business and account growth
- Make outbound calls, understand what customers need, and show them the value of what you’ll offer
- Turn calls into relationships that last for years and grow in value
- Meet your sales goals, then blow past them
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of inside sales, B2B sales, outbound sales, business development, account management, or sales representative experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Someone who builds relationships that stick (customers that like working with you)
- Strong listening skills, organization, and follow-through
- Organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable on the phone
Experience in veterinary sales, animal health, healthcare sales, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, customer success, or service-based B2B sales is a plus.
