Summary
Specialist-level positions serve as experienced contributors within Centralized Business Services. Employees at this level independently manage complex transactions and service activities, apply advanced functional knowledge, resolve escalated issues, and support customers, agents, and business partners. Specialists exercise sound judgment, serve as a resource to team members, and contribute to process improvement initiatives while continuing to expand their expertise within CBS.
The Claims Services Specialist provides experienced expertise in claims services, enterprise mail operations, and document management while ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Process complex claims service transactions and service requests.

Coordinate enterprise mail operations and document management activities.

Resolve escalated operational issues using knowledge of systems, workflows, and procedures.

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality across transactions and workflows.

Serve as a resource to team members and assist with onboarding and training activities.

Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery.

Meet established quality, productivity, and service expectations.
