Senior Care Solutions & Services is seeking a compassionate, experienced LPN or RN for one-on-one, private-duty care of a geriatric quadriplegic patient in his Pawleys Island home. This is a chance to provide the kind of personalized, high-quality care that gets lost in a facility setting — real continuity, real relationship, real impact for one patient and their family.
Schedule
- Weekend availability required (day and/or evening shifts)
- Occasional PRN shifts during the week to support the rest of the care team
What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Manage and monitor Wound VAC therapy (experience required)
- Administer medications
- Support skin integrity and pressure injury prevention
- Assist with all activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate closely with the care team
What You Bring
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing (SC)
- Experience with quadriplegic or medically complex patients
- Hands-on experience managing Wound VAC therapy
- A reliable, compassionate, detail-oriented approach to care
- Comfort working independently as part of a broader home caregiving team
