Overview
We are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to support customers in identifying and sourcing equipment parts. This role is highly customer-facing and requires strong technical aptitude, the ability to interpret drawings, and experience navigating ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound parts inquiries and provide accurate quotes in a timely manner
- Work directly with customers to diagnose needs and identify correct replacement parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery
- Utilize SAP to manage orders, inventory, pricing, and customer data
- Collaborate with engineering, service, and operations teams to resolve complex requests
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in parts sales, inside sales, or customer support in a manufacturing or equipment environment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system required
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills (phone + email)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting industrial or heavy equipment products
- Familiarity with inventory systems and parts catalogs
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
