Overview
We are seeking a Full time and Part Time (Days and afternoon/early evening) compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver/ and or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in home setting for one individual.
This available position is for a private party at home care. Pay is based on Experience and certifications
Must like animals.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Must have references.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience.
Full time and part time positions available. (Days and afternoon/early evening)
Must have reliable transportation with Insurance.
Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring comfort and respect at all times
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to support ongoing health assessments
- Support residents with mobility and manual handling tasks using safe patient lifting practices to prevent injury
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed instructions and document all medication-related activities diligently
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed precisely
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident areas and common spaces
Qualifications
- Certification as a nurses aide preferred
- Proven experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care homes
- Strong background in assisting with ADLs, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks involving residents or equipment
- Excellent communication skills to foster trustful relationships with residents and team members
