Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, caring, and enthusiastic teacher to join our 2-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate will have a heart for toddlers, a natural ability to connect through warmth and empathy, and the patience and classroom management skills to guide our little learners through their early milestones. We are looking for someone with experience as a teacher in a preschool setting.
At our center, we believe in hugging first, then teaching—emotional safety and connection always come before academics.
What You'll Do:
- Provide a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for toddlers
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured play and age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a consistent daily routine that balances active and quiet play, group and individual activities
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and co-teachers
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and compliant with licensing standards
- Communicate regularly with families about their child’s progress and daily experiences
What We're Looking For:

- Team player with a willingness to grow and collaborate
- Previous experience working in a childcare center, Required
- CDA, Associate’s Degree, or other ECE-related qualifications (preferred but not required)
