FUNCTION-Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons, employees and Company assets. Must adhere and comply with all Company policies, internal controls and gaming regulatory requirements.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures the safety and security of employees, patrons and Company assets.
- Assists in transporting money, poker chips and other valued items.
- Controls access to restricted and all sensitive areas.
- Reacts and reports on patron and employee incidents and accidents.
- Monitors patron and employee passage in and out of slot floor and card room.
- Responsible for checking for and reporting safety hazards.
- Understands security function as it relates to internal control responsibilities and gaming regulatory requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
Maintains interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
Oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of the Emergency Response Plan.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred bilingual Spanish and English, read, write and speak fluently.
D-Security License Required
