Position Overview
CCG is seeking an experienced Concur Expense Consultant to support the GSA GO.gov project. GSA GO.gov is the 3rd generation of the E-Gov Travel Service program, delivering a single, travel and expense (T&E) managed service to support all Federal civilian employees across 124 government agencies. In this role, you will work on key operations and business solutions, analyzing, designing, and developing information systems and program specifications across the entire system lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- System Design & Development: Analyze, design, and develop client information systems, program specifications, and detailed design documents. Participate in application design utilizing analytical techniques.
- Full Lifecycle Support: Actively participate in the creation of specifications/requirements, as well as the maintenance, design, build, and test phases of systems and applications. Code, test, and debug applications and programs.
- System Integration: Support Concur Travel and Expense configuration, system testing, and integration testing. Assist with ongoing testing, training, and production support.
- Technical Analysis: Provide technical support and analysis of infrastructure projects and the production environment, developing upgrade and improvement recommendations.
- Workshop Leadership: Lead design workshop sessions and drive design requirements gathering.
- Impact Evaluation: Monitor, plan, and measure the overall impact of new products and services.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Concur Travel & Expense implementation, including in-depth knowledge of Concur configuration for travel booking, expense, and reporting.
- Deep knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR), industry compliance standards, and experience implementing FTR requirements for specific agencies, including handling exceptions to audit rules.
- Experience with IBM Cognos development.
- Experience with IBM Cognos administration.
- Knowledge of SAP Concur Intelligence architecture and data models.
- Experience with report scheduling and management.
- Direct experience with credit card clearing processes and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with GSA Travel reporting Tool
- Certified in Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $95,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
