Job Description:
SIGN-ON BONUS $8,000.00
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and overseeing high-quality clinical care for residents in accordance with established standards and regulations. This role ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement individualized resident care plans based on assessments and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor and assess residents’ health status, reporting changes as appropriate
- Supervise and provide guidance to Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal resident outcomes
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff
- Provide education and support to residents and their families as needed
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in resident care
