We are looking to hire a Part Time Weekend delivery driver! This shift starts at 4:30am. The delivery driver delivers to local businesses as well as going out to our Ishpeming location. Experience driving a box truck, especially in the winter, is preferred. The box truck has a ramp to load and unload racks, so must have stamina to be able to move the racks. Upon returning from the delivery, the driver makes the donuts for the day. Up to 16 hours per week with opportunity for more hours. The following descriptions are what we are looking for:
*Duties*
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery box truck to transport goods.
- Load and unload products from the box truck.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering products in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
*Qualifications*
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving of products
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
