AT&T Representative Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their internet and connectivity needs
- Educate customers on AT&T Fiber products, services, and available options
- Provide professional support throughout the customer enrollment process
- Build positive customer relationships through clear and effective communication
- Assist customers with service questions and recommend appropriate solutions
- Work with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
AT&T Representative Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a desire to help others
- Ability to build rapport and create positive customer interactions
- Motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
