CMIC CMO USA is seeking a dependable, hardworking Industrial Cleaner to maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly conditions throughout our operations areas.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in an industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, hallways, and other operations areas.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
- Operate commercial/industrial floor-cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers and similar machines.
- Clean and sanitize assigned work areas according to established procedures.
- Empty trash and waste receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in clean, orderly condition.
- Identify and report spills, damage, sanitation concerns, or unsafe conditions.
- Follow all company safety, sanitation, and facility procedures.
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks thoroughly and on schedule.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout assigned areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating commercial or industrial floor-cleaning machines required.
- Previous cleaning experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, pharmaceutical, food production, or other industrial environment preferred.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace.
- Must be someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and takes ownership of their assigned areas.
