We are looking for an experienced Interior Painter to join GSO Maintenance, Inc. This position focuses on painting residential rental properties and homes being prepared for new tenants or sale.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces for painting
- Patch nail holes, repair minor drywall damage, sand, caulk, and prime as needed
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers when appropriate
- Protect flooring, fixtures, and furniture during painting projects
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Requirements:
- Previous interior painting experience required
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Basic painting tools preferred
