Switchback Motorsports is currently hiring a full-time Service Technician.
We are looking for an experienced technician with strong mechanical ability who can diagnose, service, and repair powersports equipment accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, dirt bikes, motorcycles, and other powersports equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and major repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
- Install accessories and performance upgrades
- Complete manufacturer warranty repairs, recalls, and service bulletins
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work performed
- Complete assigned repair orders on schedule
- Meet productivity and flagged-hour goals
- Complete required manufacturer and technical training
- Keep work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Previous technician or mechanical experience
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Must have your own tools
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Powersports experience is preferred, but automotive, diesel, agricultural, or heavy-equipment experience will also be considered
