Job Description
Acquisition Management Support provides daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level executives. Acquisition Management provides detail-oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies. They may also be involved in various administrative tasks. Acquisition Management should have strong computer, finance, and analytical skills. They will often work with or lead teams.
Qualifications

Support acquisition execution, portfolio oversight, and PEO implementation guidance.

Review, analyze, and recommend changes to acquisition statutes, policies, regulations, and guidance at various levels (OSD, ASN (RD&A), PEO, NAVWAR, Congress).

Research and provide responses to acquisition-related policy and procedural inquiries.

Prepare and review key acquisition documents, including Acquisition Strategies, Decision Memoranda, Program Baselines, and Plans, ensuring alignment with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF).

Facilitate data transparency efforts, supporting the development of metrics and visualizations for assessing program health and risks.

Review and provide recommendations on periodic reports such as RDAIS, DAES, and Modernized Selected Acquisition Reports.

Respond to acquisition-related data calls and maintain an updated portfolio overview of PEO programs and projects.

Coordinate and consolidate executive summary inputs for decision reviews and other critical meetings.

Document, summarize, and track action items from acquisition-related meetings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Develop and maintain acquisition templates and examples in collaboration with NAVWAR 6.0’s Acquisition Program Structure Guide.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree

Have a minimum of seven (7) years experience

SECRET security clearance minimum
