VMG Executives is hiring an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Associate to support our wireless sales campaign. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll assist with daily wireless operations, support customer interactions, help train and motivate team members, and contribute to achieving sales performance goals. This entry-level, face-to-face position is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop leadership abilities while gaining hands-on experience in wireless customer engagement, sales, and team support. No previous management experience is required—we provide the wireless sales training needed to help you succeed as an Entry Level Sales Associate.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Associate
- Support daily wireless team operations while helping deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist customers face-to-face with wireless product information and service-related questions.
- Help coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve sales performance goals.
- Monitor customer interactions to promote quality service adherence to company standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and operational documentation.
- Participate in ongoing leadership development, wireless product training, and professional growth opportunities to strengthen management, sales, and communication skills.
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership potential.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn wireless sales and grow.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
