We’re growing quickly and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Business Associate - Entry Level. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience working with customers while developing communication, professional skills, and organizational business skills.
Position Overview:
The Entry Level Business Associate represents the LeafGuard brand and works directly with residents in the community to represent our business. In this role, you’ll introduce customers to LeafGuard’s gutter protection system, answer questions, and help customers get started with the installation process.
This is an entry-level position with training provided, so no previous experience is required. We’re simply looking for people who are friendly, reliable, and comfortable interacting with others.
Business Associate - Entry Level Role/Responsibilities:
- Introduce customers to LeafGuard products and services and help with account and business management
- Explain the benefits of gutter protection and answer customer questions
- Help customers schedule consultations and installation appointments
- Assist customers through the enrollment process and account maintenance
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and information
- Work with other business associates to make sure every customer with Leafguard is taken care of
The Business Associate role is entry level, and full training is provided. No experience is required to apply for this role. However, the ideal candidate will have:
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer service, sales, business, or hospitality role
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers and team members alike
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute daily to our office

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
