Internet Sales Manager Responsibilities
The Internet Sales Manager plays a key role in managing online automotive sales leads and customer communications while helping customers through the vehicle purchase process.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage internet leads, phone inquiries, and digital customer communications
- Respond quickly to online vehicle inquiries through CRM and dealership systems
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
- Provide product information on new and pre-owned Honda vehicles
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text messaging
- Work closely with the sales team and management to convert leads into vehicle sales
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process
- Assist in improving lead conversion and appointment-setting performance

Schedule
- 8-hour shift
- 5-day work week
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- Automotive sales, internet sales, or BDC experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of internet leads
- Experience using a CRM or dealership management system
- Professional phone and email communication skills
- Strong organization and follow-up abilities
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in automotive sales
