Market Manager, Las Vegas

As a Market Manager in Las Vegas, you will grow a segment of the portfolio by managing accounts directly and helping deepen strategic partnerships. You will analyze business and operational performance to i dentify opportunities for optimization, support service delivery for active accounts, and communicate technical and operational impacts as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by relationship-building, commercial conversations, data-driven decision-making, and helping partners grow in a d ynamic market.
Build awareness of the policies, practices, trends, and competitor information that impact the organization and its partners
Develop key value proposition statements, case studies, and proof points to demonstrate the value of the company’s products, services, and solutions

The total cash range (inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target) for this position in Las Vegas is $90,000.00 to $126,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $144,000.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Incentive plan performance above target will also earn more than the incentive target compensation amount.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
