We are seeking a confident, experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical leadership within a Children’s Crisis Residential Care Facility operating under a QRTP model.
This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants meaningful impact, not just session volume.
You will shape treatment planning, guide a multidisciplinary team, and provide high-level therapeutic services to youth with complex emotional and behavioral needs.
Experienced LCSWs are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
Provide individual and family therapy
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Offer clinical direction and consultation to residential staff
Participate in case reviews and multidisciplinary meetings
Ensure documentation meets MaineCare and QRTP standards
Help maintain a trauma-informed, structured therapeutic environment
This role carries real clinical influence within the program.
QualificationsStrong preference for:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing in Maine

LCPC
LMSW-CC
LMFTMaster’s-level
LADC
Psychiatric APRN
Other qualified licensed professionals within scope
Applicants must be authorized to practice in Maine and comfortable working within a residential treatment setting.
