We have an immediate opening for CDL-A drivers out of Long Beach, CA. Whether you are a recent CDL graduate or an experienced driver, we offer strong pay, and predictable regional freight across the West.
PAY
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,334-$1,552
- Stop Pay: $15.00 per stop
- Swift Driver Performance Bonus — paid monthly
- Guaranteed pay for 3 months after first solo dispatch
JOB DETAILS
- Position: Full-Time
- Equipment: Reefer trailers
- Freight: Regional — CA, ID, and WA
- Home Time: Every Two Weeks
- Schedule: Day/Night shifts
- Weekly mileage: 1,900

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license
- 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Clear drug & alcohol clearinghouse
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain compliant ELD logs and paperwork
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA safety regulations
- Communicate proactively with your dedicated dispatcher
