Project exposure spans Life Sciences, Defense Light, Commercial, MSBA, Massport, and MBTA sectors

Provide leadership across all project phases-from preconstruction through closeout and post-construction support

Proactively identify and manage key constructability challenges, including cost impacts and logistical considerations

Oversee accurate and timely execution of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, collections, subcontractor payments, and change management

Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and industry partners, reinforcing a consistent commitment to service, collaboration, and long-term value
