We are a successful and expanding legal services company partnered with a 28-year-old personal injury law firm. Our intake team is the heartbeat of our business, serving clients who need legal support—all done over the phone.
We invest heavily in marketing and consistently generate more quality leads than we can handle. That means no cold calling—just great conversations with people who need help.

What You'll Do
- Answer high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Provide professional and compassionate experience to potential clients.
- Follow a proven sales script to qualify leads and guide them through the intake process.
- Accurately complete electronic intake forms.
- Obtain signatures on required legal documents (your “close”).
- Track follow-ups and manage your lead pipeline.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (phone-based preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Haitian Creole (required).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Comfortable talking on the phone for most of the day.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
- Able to work weekends as needed.
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
