Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced certifications or specialized training in early childhood education or Montessori methods are preferred.
- Proven classroom experience working with children across diverse backgrounds; private school experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of literacy education, math fundamentals, teaching strategies for working with students with special needs or those requiring early intervention.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, proofreading skills for educational materials, and library services integration.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Experience with learning technology platforms and tools used for instruction and assessment purposes.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering a nurturing environment that promotes childhood development.
