HealHub Behavioral Health is a community-centered, recovery-based clinic dedicated to serving individuals affected by homelessness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. We are currently seeking a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about facilitating recovery and making a meaningful impact in the lives of underserved populations.
Position Summary
The SUDP will play a critical role in supporting clients through their recovery journey by leading structured group therapy sessions, providing individual check-ins, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, organized, and reliable team player with strong communication and therapeutic engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Documentation: Completing ASAM assessments and documenting them correctly into the EHR system along with treatment planning.
- Supervision and Training of SUDPT
Maintain timely and accurate behavioral health notes for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.Work collaboratively with case managers, therapists, and administrative staff to coordinate care, report client progress, and address emerging issues.Support client well-being by advocating for their needs both within the clinic and in coordination with external service providers.
Qualifications

- Must be registered with the Washington State Department of Health as am SUDP.
- Associate degree or higher required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in group facilitation within behavioral health or substance use recovery settings.
- At least 1 year of experience as a SUDP (preferred).
- Proficient in behavioral note-taking and maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Experience working with confidential information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Must be able to pass and maintain security clearances required by the employment setting.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Renton, WA (in-person work required).
