This senior-level position is for an experienced professional ready to lead. The Master Technician, or as we call them - Diagnostician, sets the technical standard in the shop, performs advanced diagnostics, and mentors other technicians.
Responsibilities of the Technician:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and road tests
- Identify root causes and determine repair plans
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and Managers
- Complete final road tests and quality checks
- Conduct 15-day re-checks
- Mentor and support R&R Technicians
- Assist with workflow and shop operations
Qualifications of the Technician:
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make independent technical decisions
