Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our Commissary and Pastry Kitchen as Steward, Dishwasher, and Food Preparation Assistant. This is a vital role within our culinary operation, supporting both daily production and special event needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize ingredients for daily kitchen production
- Assist chefs and pastry team with food preparation and assembly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Operate dishwashing and stewarding equipment efficiently
- Follow proper food handling, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Support catering and banquet production as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with inventory organization and alert leadership when supplies are low
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or commissary kitchen preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and safe food handling practices
- Experience in dishwashing, stewarding, or kitchen support roles is a plus
- Understanding of sanitation and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
