Position Overview
Victory Christian Center School is seeking a nurturing, dynamic, and Christ-centered Lower
Elementary Teacher to serve students in grades 3-5. This educator will create a strong
academic and spiritual foundation, guiding young learners in literacy, mathematics, and
character.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
- Build strong foundations in reading, writing, and mathematics
- Create a structured, nurturing classroom environment
- Integrate biblical principles into daily instruction
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (required)
- Teaching certification preferred
- Experience in early elementary education preferred
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills
Spiritual Expectations
- Demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Models Christ-like character and love
- Integrates faith into teaching
