SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Communication Manager to oversee internal and external communications at ProHealth Vitals Solutions, LLC, a Healthcare Management Company providing a variety of services to our clients. The Communication Manager will be responsible for developing communication strategies, managing company messaging, creating content, coordinating marketing efforts, and supporting client and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
- Create, edit, and distribute company communications, marketing materials, and client facing content.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital communications.
- Coordinate public relations activities and support brand awareness initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with leadership and departments to support organizational goals and projects.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Translate technical healthcare data, policies, and metrics into accessible content for non-medical audiences
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external media outlets and industry journalists.
- Create press releases, internal training manuals, and presentations as assigned to support the executive team.
- Oversee & Maintain brand integrity for our clients across their website, social platforms, and conference promotional assets.
- Direct creative content execution with in-house or outsourced graphic designers and video producers.
- Track and report on communication engagement metrics to continuously optimize campaign performance.
- Design educational materials to improve communication standard operating practices among clinical and clerical staff.
- Formulate reactive and proactive messaging to protect company reputation during regulatory or operational crises.
- Work closely with legal counsel and executive leadership to handle unexpected healthcare compliance disruptions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, and/or Healthcare Administration.
- 2 years of progressive communication experience, preferably within a healthcare management organization, hospital group, or health-tech company.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or communication tools/platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Based on Experience / Starting @ $26.00 per hour(increase in base starting rate will be determined by years of experience and knowledge of desired skills)
