Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, maintaining high culinary standards.
- Set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food displays are attractive, replenished regularly, and in compliance with food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Assist with food handling.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen equipment, and food preparation surfaces through regular cleaning routines.
- Follow food safety management protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitization practices to ensure guest safety.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to manual handling guidelines for weight handling in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures is essential.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and handle manual tasks involving weight handling.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on in-person interactions and positive guest engagement.
- Previous catering or dietary aide experience within the food industry is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
