Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards. In addition to dishwashing duties, this position assists with cleaning, organization, trash removal, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep dish stations, sinks, and surrounding areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed and at the end of each shift.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
- Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, shelves, walls, and storage areas.
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies in designated areas.
- Help maintain cleanliness in walk-ins, prep areas, and common kitchen spaces.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic support tasks when needed.
- Complete opening and closing cleaning duties as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
