Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide exceptional support to clients in their homes during the morning hours from 10AM to 2PM in Huntersville, NC.
Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary
- Support clients with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or assistive devices, including heavy lifting when required
Skills
- Familiarity with dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to accurately monitor vital signs and assist with medication administration following care plans
- Strong communication skills for working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and social workers
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and assisting with mobility tasks; experience using equipment like Hoyer lifts preferred

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
