The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen by cleaning dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and other tools used during food preparation and service This role works closely with the Executive Chef, Hotel Manager, and senior line cooks to ensure smooth service and adherence to food safety and quality standards.
This position operates in a professional hotel kitchen and may involve early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and long shifts. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality are essential for success.
