We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person
Resolve customer concerns in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction
Support team goals related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Prior customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a high-volume customer support environment
Bilingual skills are a plus
Familiarity with CRM platforms and order entry systems
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls efficiently while maintaining a detail-focused and helpful approach.
- Experience with order entry and strong attention to detail when processing customer information.
- Comfortable making outbound calls for follow-up, clarification, or issue resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and accurate.
- Proven commitment to delivering dependable customer support and building positive customer interactions.
