## What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Assist the doctor during a wide variety of procedures: restorative, surgical, cosmetic, endodontic, and hygiene exams
- Take and mount digital radiographs (X-rays) — proficiency required
- Prepare treatment rooms and instrument trays for each procedure
- Take impressions, pour models, and fabricate temporary crowns
- Provide patient education on post-op care and oral hygiene
- Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Assist with treatment coordination and patient flow
- Fabricate and cement temporary restorations
- Monitor and administer nitrous oxide as directed

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
### Required
- **Current California RDA license** (active and in good standing)
- **X-ray certification** (California)
- **CPR/BLS certification**
- Excellent chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
### Preferred
- 1+ year experience as an RDA in general dentistry
- Experience with **Open Dental** practice management software (or similar)
- Coronal polishing and pit & fissure sealant certification
- Bilingual (Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, or Tagalog a plus)
