We are currently seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding, with the ability to interpret fabrication drawings and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum as required.
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components according to blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for fabrication.
- Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drill presses, and other shop tools.
- Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety procedures.
- Work independently and collaboratively to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
- Proficient in MIG welding; TIG welding experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Experience using fabrication equipment and precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
