Job Title: Multifamily Maintenance Technician
We are currently seeking an experienced Multifamily Maintenance Technician to join our team. Must have multi family maintenance experience. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on our multifamily properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
- HVAC Certified
- Respond to work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and buildings.
- Ensure all maintenance is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Rotating on call service required. 3 communities every 3 weeks.
- Hours 8 am -5 pm, Outside business hours = Time and half pay
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other maintenance trades.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Smartphone required
