On-Site Financial Advisor– Immediate Hire
We are seeking a licensed Financial Advisor to provide individual, 20-minute financial consultations for employees at a corporate wellness event. This is an on-site opportunity with the potential for additional events in the future.

Thursday, September 17th - 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM PDT
Event Pay Rate: $300

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct one-on-one financial consultations with employees (20 minutes each).
- No note taking is needed.
- Assess individual needs and provide practical, evidence-based financial advice.
- These sessions are participant-led, allowing individuals to bring their own questions and focus areas.
- The format is flexible and conversational, designed to provide practical guidance in a short, personalized setting.
- Create a professional, approachable, and supportive environment
Qualifications:
- Recognized Financial Credential — CFP®, ChFC®, AFC®, CPA, EA, or equivalent financial planning/education certification.
- Minimum Experience — At least 3 years in personal finance, financial coaching, financial planning, or related advisory roles.
- Regulatory Compliance — Must operate within the boundaries of their licensure and avoid any activity requiring additional registration (e.g., securities advice).
- No Product Sales — Consultants must not promote or sell financial products, services, or investment vehicles.
- Clear Scope Boundaries — Must provide general education and guidance only; no personalized investment, tax, or legal advice.
- Confidentiality Standards — Must maintain participant privacy and avoid collecting sensitive personal data.
- Neutral, Non‑Judgmental Approach — Must demonstrate empathy and respect for diverse financial backgrounds.
- General Personal Finance Knowledge — Budgeting, credit, debt strategies, retirement basics, savings, emergency funds, financial habits.
- Resource Familiarity — Must be able to offer practical next steps (worksheets, budgeting tools, reputable educational sites).
- Referral Awareness — Must know when to redirect participants to certified professionals for tax, legal, or investment-specific needs.
