What You'll Do
Educate clients on life insurance products and financial protection strategies tailored to their needs.
Build and maintain a client portfolio through referrals, networking, and virtual outreach.
Present financial plans and insurance solutions through virtual consultations and appointments.
Collaborate with team leaders and mentors to grow your skills and client base.
Meet and exceed personal performance goals to unlock higher commission tiers and bonuses.
What We're Looking For
Self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed and grow.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual a plus).
Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one — we'll guide you through the process).
Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace at home.
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
