The Maintenance technician’s job responsibility is to ensure Stonesfair Management offers its residents the quality living environment expected of all Stonesfair properties. We encourage and foster advancement in the company during employment. The pay rate is dependent on experience and no housing is provided.
Required Job Qualifications:
Experience in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and appliance diagnosis/repair
Reliable transportation to and from work
References upon request
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
Experience with water heaters
EPA Universal with relevant HVAC experience
Painting/Davis Turns experience a plus!
CPO Certification
The primary job duties that are required to fulfill the responsibility of this position includes, but is not limited to the following:
Reporting daily to the Lead Maintenance Technician, Property Manager and/or Regional Manager to ensure overall property maintenance has been met.
Completing the day-to-day work orders as well as unit turns as assigned in a timely manner and to company standards.
Scheduling and prioritizing work orders and apartment turnovers.
Walking all vacant, rent-ready apartments to ensure that the work has been completed, and that the unit is rent ready according to Stonesfair standards.
Keeping inventory as well as ordering parts and supplies as needed while not exceeding monthly budget allowance.
Maintaining company property (tools, equipment, and workshops) by making sure that all equipment is operating safely and efficiently and all workspaces are kept clean and organized.
Upkeeping curbside appeal - keeping grounds and common areas clean of debris (trash/animal feces) as needed.
Ensuring the Pool/Spa are cleaned. ** CPO a plus**
Responding to on-call service when necessary and assigned.
Picking up parts from vendors when necessary.
Securing the property/workshops at the end of each workday to prevent vandalism/theft.
Keeping track of keys to the complex/apartments to ensure security.
Painting and preventive maintenance to the exterior of buildings as needed.
Setting a good example for staff and coworkers to motivate in a positive manner and keeping moral high.
Abiding by company standards and policies at all times while adhering to safety regulations.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
