We are looking for a full-time or part-time dental Hygienist to join our team! We are a modern, family-oriented, general and cosmetic dental practice looking for an exceptional Dental Hygienist who provides comprehensive care. For this position, the hygienist will perform high-quality and efficient procedures while building a relationship with each of our patients. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology, familiar with digital x-rays, and a friendly personality. We have a very friendly staff with a family-like atmosphere. Ability to administer anesthesia is a plus. Our office is equipped with an Epic laser, an Ultra-Sonic, a CBCT, and Adec chairs.
General Accountabilities
- Uses dental instruments to check and clean gums.
- Examines gums for sores or disease using probes and other dental instruments.
- Applies fluoride and other cavity protectors.
- Charts and records the conditions of the disease for diagnosis and treatment.
- Takes X-rays.
- Provides the patient with proper instruction for the treatment of the disease.
