Position Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
-
Evaluate patients and identify movement and functional limitations
-
Create and lead individualized treatment plans
-
Help restore movement, function, and quality of life
-
Work closely with an interdisciplinary team for optimal recovery
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform comprehensive PT evaluations
-
Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
-
Provide hands-on therapy: manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, mobility training
-
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention
-
Track and document progress; adjust plans as needed
-
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, and other clinicians
-
Stay current with PT best practices through continuing education
-
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
Qualifications
-
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (accredited program)
-
Valid state PT license
-
Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome
-
Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills
-
CPR certification preferred
