The Role
As a key member of our kitchen, you will be responsible for executing high-end menu items with precision and consistency. We are looking for culinary professionals who possess a passion for the industry and a genuine desire to learn and grow within our high-standard kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute menu items according to Roncalli’s established standards of quality, presentation, and timing.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure seamless service flow.
- Manage prep work efficiently, ensuring all ingredients meet our high freshness standards.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure a superior guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a high-volume, professional, or fine-dining kitchen.
- Proficiency in classic Italian culinary techniques (pasta preparation, sauce-making, etc.).
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment operation.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
