Position Overview
As a Door-to-Door Fiber Internet Sales Representative, you travel or work locally to promote and sell, cross-sell, and upsell high-speed fiber optic internet and other products and services directly to residential and business consumers.
You will be responsible for providing product demonstrations, and converting prospects into customers — all while earning a commission for activations-only.
What You’ll Do
- Travel and/or work locally with a sales team or independently in pre-selected territories across the U.S.
- Execute multi-channel marketing strategies including community events, door-to-door outreach, and digital campaigns
- Sell 35+ service providers — Astound, AT&T, Brightspeed, Fidium, Frontier/Verizon, Kinetic/Windstream, Optimum, Xfinity/Comcast, Ziply, and DirecTV — with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to educate customers on fiber optic benefits
- Sell a portfolio of services: ✅ Internet (Fiber, DSL/Cable, and Fixed Wireless); ✅ Voice (Wireless/Mobile Lines & Landline/VoIP) ; ✅ Video (TV and Streaming); ✅ Security (Home Protection); and ✅ Value Add (Add-Ons)
- Analyze customer needs and build custom package recommendations
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer information
- Participate in daily team meetings, training, and field coaching
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What You Bring
- Previous D2D, retail wireless, or field sales experience preferred — not required
- Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
- Self-motivated competitor who thrives in a performance-based environment
- Willingness to travel or work locally for extended periods (3–6+ weeks at a time)
- Ability to stand/walk outdoors for long shifts
- Ability to complete required sales reports
- Valid ID required to travel
