Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Mother of Perpetual Help Assisted Living Facility
Pay Range: $39–$43/hour

As a PRN RN at our Assisted Living Facility, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of residents through high-quality care that aligns with all applicable laws, regulations, and the philosophy of CRSS. You’ll support the Resident Care Coordinator and collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee care provided by CMTs, ML1s, and CNAs.
- Assess residents’ conditions and respond to changes promptly.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and families.
- Monitor residents’ physical and mental health, including chart reviews and care plans.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy.
- Assist with scheduling physician visits, clinics, and appointments.
- Document and investigate incidents involving residents, staff, or visitors.
- Identify safety hazards and implement timely corrective actions.
- Encourage family engagement and coordinate wellness activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, quality care.
- Support staff adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Long Term Care.
- Familiarity with state and federal Assisted Living regulations.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records.

Pre-Employment Screening
All candidates receiving an offer for employment will be required to submit to pre-employment screening.
